MTSY-15型全自动塑料排水板纵向通水量测定仪（卧式）塑料排水板也是土工聚合物排水带、塑料板，是种常用的带状排水材料，其截面宽度为l0cm，厚度为5mm左右。其质量指标主要为复合体及滤膜的抗拉强度和纵向通水量，符合标准JTS-206水运工程塑料排水板、JTGE50公路工程土工合成材料、SL235土工合成材料。

我厂研制生产，经质检中心运行试验证明，设计合理、各项指标均达到设计要求；是用于测试塑料排水板纵向通水量的用测试仪器。
